2. The official Receipt of your payment
After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.
3. Visa Application for Debrecen, Hungary
Most attendees from outside the European Union and the Schengen Area will require a Schengen visa to enter Hungary. Participants are strongly advised to submit their visa applications at least 6 weeks before the planned travel date, as processing times may vary.
Participants who have obtained invitation letters should prepare the following documents to apply for a Schengen visa at the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate responsible for their jurisdiction:
Official invitation letter issued by the Organizing Committee
A valid passport with at least three months validity beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen area and issued within the last 10 years
Completed and signed Schengen visa application form (downloadable from the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate website)
Recent biometric passport-size photos that conform to ICAO standards (usually 35x45mm)
Proof of accommodation in Debrecen (hotel booking, rental agreement, or letter of invitation if staying with a host)
Proof of valid travel medical insurance that covers medical emergencies and repatriation within the Schengen area, with a minimum coverage of €30,000
Proof of sufficient financial means to cover the stay, such as bank statements, sponsorship letters, or payslips
Flight reservation or detailed travel itinerary showing entry and exit from the Schengen area
Proof of ties to home country, if required (employment letter, property deeds, etc.)
